PC Controller Support - Dedicated "Interact" Bind

Behavior: On PC controller input, interact/loot keybind is force-bound to same key as a skill bind. Keypress event toggles automatically between interact/loot and the bound skill depending on mob proximity (if mobs near, use skill, else interact).

Issue: In a game designed for fast-action, high-density map grinding, the user needs to interact with objects (shrines, loot, altars, etc.) independent of mob proximity.

I want to get my sulphite intoxication first, then zoom around clearing mobs. I want to put that divine in my bags when it drops, not maybe if I can clear that soul eater first. I want to activate a legion obelisk while there are still mobs in the area so I can get more chain reactions. The list goes on.

There are tolerable QoL sacrifices inherent in controller play, but this stands out as a gap to playability and fun that can be reasonably addressed.

To be clear, I already bind that button to "Move only" to minimize the impact of errant toggling between the interact action and an actual skill. Even with that, it is still very frustrating to not be able to interact with a necessary object if a mob is nearby.

Suggested functional change: Provide an optional dedicated keybind that solely interacts.

Suggested design spec: In Skills interface, similar to assigning Default Attack, add the ability to assign "Interact" to a skill bind.
