Getting error code (0x8b050033) on Xbox POE2

After installing the latest patch whenever I try to launch the game it says “you need this update, but we can’t get it right now” I tried contacting Microsoft support and they told me to post about it in here. I have tried factory reset, power cycling, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing worked. What do I do now?
