Suggestion: Mining nodes should be added to delve
I love delve, and we do get a decent amount of gold, but we get no metals to upgrade Kingsmarch with.
I do realize you get them in the maps you run in between to get sulphite, but delvers spend 80-90% of their time in delve, if not more, and just run maps to fill up on sulphite, so we don't get anything near what is needed, and since delve is an endless MINE, it would make sense to put kingsmarch metal nodes into the rotation into delve.. They should of course not me so prevalent they can't be circumvented for players who don't care about it, but not as rare as bosses for example.. This way delvers don't need to feel left out if they don't do maps constantly to fill up on metals.. Last bumped on Mar 9, 2025, 10:50:59 AM

Good point!
maybe some nodes on the delve map could be mining nodes (similar to azurite) or they could be found on optional paths, or there is a chance for one to spawn with the encounter of a delve-node and then the player has the option to activate it or not. |

It's a neat idea, but they'd have to decide they were bringing the Settlers mechanic core first.

" True, but i think it will, people have gotten too familiar with the ships and recombination mechanic, not to mention the currency trade, i think there would be a huge outcry if they removed the mechanic. |

" The Currency Exchange will of course go core, no doubt about it. But I seriously doubt that Settlers will go core, it's just too... Intrusive at this point. But Currency Exchange and Recombination should stay. That said; IF Settlers go core, mining nodes should of course be added to Delve. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
