Sell items for NPC in Phrecia in exchange for gold, just like PoE 2

One pretty good thing about PoE 2 is the possibility to sell items in NPC to have some gold, I think could be pretty good to input this mechanic in Phrecia event-league, using me like exemple: i have many many many corrupted maps that I just delete them because I don't want to spend my time selling one by one for small value, so would be great if was possible to sell them for NPC in exchange for some gold.

would be their biggest mistake.

if you can feed bots with rare maps so they can build up gold and trade .... what can go wrong?

we got promised that automated trade is bound to players actually playing the game, not emptying a botter guild stash.

this actually highlights a problem with poe2.

faustus's automated trade was balanced around the fact that gold was valuable.

there was 1001 ways players could use gold and players always ran out of gold.

selling items for gold will lead to being able to easily "trade" gold which will allow tradebots to function with less friction.

from my bias pov, this is also something i really dont like about the state of poe1.

gold is very easy to get for players who juice up. but on the flipside if you're weak and dont juice you could get 5k gold per map.

a lot of people complained about it in forums and reddit. ggg be like meeeeh its not an issue.

could have made a patch for settlers, could have made a special setting for necro settlers or phrecia.
