Xbox PoE2 3/5/2025 update (Broken)

Dear PoE2 Team
The update that came to "XBOX" broke the launch of the game. I can not load game at all will not even take me to the character main screen. Any ETA on fix? I tried everything xbox support team told me too and they said must be issue with the update then. I got the update and now I click on game and still says it need the an update. Also waited a few hours after and still same issue. Last bumped on Mar 6, 2025, 10:31:39 AM

same issue. same with about 3 of my friends all on xbox... love how this is a mutimillion dollar company and i cant get ahold of them to actually talk to a human. 300,000 employees-millions in revenue. but not one call agent. makes me curious why i support such a product? i wont be upgrading my supporter packages until this company actually gets a support center.

They need to fix this ASAP the console pool is much larger then we think and this will impact a ton of people, make sure to keep commenting on other Xbox posts to keep the post eleven
