Disgusted with this companys customer support
As someone who plays Old School Runescape, a game made by Jagex, a company which LITERALLY does not have a customer support department... Somehow GGG manages to be genuinely worse. At least with Jagex, they WILL get back to you in a timely manner if your problem involves a purchase.
I don't know what to say GGG. Maybe hire some more customer support people if you're this flooded? Super bad look for the company, and I am not happy to have come back to the game after so many years. If my issue isn't resolved soon I'll be doing a charge-back on my card at the bank, and never playing this trash can again. I'll most certainly be discouraging anyone I know from playing a GGG game regardless of the outcome. Like someone else on here said, can you show your paying customers just a shred of respect?
