cant merge epic games and browser accounts

i downloaded this from this website several years ago and after playing it for some time i uninstalled it. yesterday i downloaded it again, but through epic games. i was intrigued why it didnt ask for an email, and i didnt find any of my old characters (wich i can still see in the browser, although some have a red star and seem unavailable for some reason).
i went to "manage account" here and supposedly successfully merged this and epic games accounts, but i cant see the new char here or the old ones on the downloaded game Last bumped on Mar 12, 2025, 11:47:24 AM

someone called arya answered pretty quickly to the email, asking for my acct name and some of my chars, but 4 days have passed and havent written since. should i keep waiting for a reply, write again or do something else? thanks! |
