[BUG] Accidentally Deleted Ritual Dagger - Blood Sacrifice Quest Stuck

I am currently stuck in the Blood Sacrifice quest because the ritual dagger is missing. Here’s what happened:

I placed the heart on the altar.
However, the dagger required for the ritual is nowhere to be found.
I have searched the entire area, checked my inventory, and reset the instance multiple times.
The heart remains on the altar, but I cannot complete the quest without the dagger.
Steps I’ve Tried:
Checked my inventory and stash.
Reloaded the area by creating a new instance (Ctrl + Click).
Logged out and back in.
Searched the ground while toggling item visibility (Z).
Attempted to interact with the altar in case the dagger was automatically used.
Expected Outcome:
The dagger should either be in my inventory or on the ground after placing the heart on the altar.

Actual Outcome:
The dagger is missing, preventing me from progressing in the quest.

Possible Bug?
Since multiple players have encountered this issue, it might be a game bug. Please investigate and let me know if there’s any workaround or fix.
