My spirit isn't right

i have my spirit at 120 using one gem thats using 60 spirit but im left at 15 spirit i feel like my spirit is bug and is using a gem that i removed

Some support gems in the spirit skill can increase spirit usage.

i have my cast on shock gem with 2 spell but i had the grim harvest gem active as well in act 2 then for somereason it just stop working and locked me at 15 spirit

Did you skip the King of the Mists in Act 1, and allocate the Invoker ascendancy passive "Lead me through Grace..."?
