Please Disable Witch's Harbinger Droning Sounds Every Few Seconds!

These sounds activate every couple seconds infinitely, and it's absolutely maddening with ear buds or headphones. it's almost like the old droning busy signal on legacy telephonic networks. I realize it's an audio cue to the Harbinger casting his buff on you, but that sound is so annoying that I feel like I'm in a Lovecraft story about ready to lose my sanity!
