My account was hacked

Good afternoon, my account was hacked more than a month ago and I haven't received any response by email or through the forum. I would like to have at least one response from you. It is unacceptable that I send you ALL the evidence that the account was hacked and that I am the real owner and not receive ONE response. Please help me recover my account!
