"Perforation" node does not increase jagged ground duration

"The 40% increased jagged ground duration" does not apply to the jagged ground created by earthquake.

Tooltip doesnt change from 4 to 5.6 seconds as it should, nor does it feel longer than 4 seconds when the node is allocated, needs revision.
