Unplayable! Need help!

*Yes, this is a clickbait title, in the hopes someone at GGG actually reads it*

Hello,

I am creating this thread because it has now been 2 1/2 weeks since my account was locked. I have tried to reach out to support, I have tried to reach out to every publicly available email address for Grinding Gear. I have not had a single response.

I need either my account unlocked, or a complete refund on my account. This is beyond pathetic support. GGG used to be known for how good it's support was, but lately I have seen quite a few other people with their accounts locked and support not responding to emails.

So, you're telling me that other people who have had support tickets open since December are just simply in a long queue?

I call BS on that.

This is beyond pathetic after I've spent tons of time and money on POE1 and POE2 and you cant even respect your players enough to respond when you wrongly lock accounts?

Unfortunately I think something more has happened which has resulted in support being so slow. January 19 was the final update we received which stated they had about 75k tickets left out of 500k. But they've been in office far longer from that date than the announcement of account merges/PoE2 EA release.

My issue isn't near as bad as anyone who has their account currently locked. You're missing out on the Phrecia event and the Demigod races(which are locked behind the $30 so it's not like you can just create a new account to participate.)

I think GGG needs to put a hold on development and send some of their team to the support department if they haven't already. I'm sure plenty of developers, artists etc. mostly know their way around to help out with support tickets.
