Jiquani's Sanctum did not spawn Soul Core during race

I had this issue with Jiquani's Sanctum and Jiquani's Machinarium during the race. I searched the entire area and no Soul Core spawned. Respawning on checkpoint and attempting to create a new instance did nothing either (not sure if it actually created a new instance, might be disabled in race). The fix for me was dying on purpose, which fixed the issue. Very frustrating bug to have during a race.
