Glitchy mess

Ever since this new update arrived the game has been a glitchy mess. I logged into find that I suddenly didn’t have enough intelligence/ dexterity to use alot of my skills. So, I refunded passive points and while most of the time changing a node from strength to intel or dex to intel didn’t actually change my attributes, I was able to mess with it enough to get my stats right. However, despite having the sufficient dexterity and intelligence, I am now unable to use any of my skills. And, I only have one weapon set, so that eliminates the possibility of leaving the wrong stats associated with this particular weapon set.

Further, herald of ice says i can not use it with the current weapon set, even though i have the requisite attributes. However, it is still apparently working, as I have the icon above the action bar.

Also, it says I still have a passive skill point available but will not actually let me apply it anywhere.

I was really enjoying this game but need a way to fully reset the game or the passive tree as this is becoming increasingly frustrating. Please advise
