No one is handling the transaction issue emails for the mall

Regarding the issue with the mall's recharge transaction, I have sent an email two weeks ago, yet there has been no response. When can I expect a reply? Regardless of whether the issue can be resolved or not, shouldn't there at least be an acknowledgment? This is no longer just a matter of transaction; it's a matter of attitude.
