My game account cannot log in and play normally because I can't receive the verification code sent to my email.

I need a verification code to unlock my game IP address change due to the vacation to school, but now I can't receive the verification code, and this problem has not been solved since February 25th. I don't understand the issue here, did you use an email address that you no longer can access like for school or something and need them to change the email address?
