Refund Request - No Response Since 01/01/2025

Hello,

On 12/16/2024, I purchased early access to POE2 for PC. After downloading the game, I encountered technical issues and lag, which prevented me from playing the game for more than 2 hours. I requested a refund on the same day of the purchase, as I was unable to play the game due to these issues.

I received a response from the support team at support@grindinggear.com on 01/01/2025, asking for the purchase and account details, which I promptly provided. Since then, I have sent two additional emails, but I have not received any further response.

It has now been 77 days since the purchase and the refund request, and 60 days since the last communication from the support team. I have yet to receive a resolution to my case. Given the delay and my inability to play the game, I kindly request the refund of my purchase, as I plan to purchase the game on another platform (Xbox).

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.
