More than a month since the last response

I wouldn't have made this thread if it weren't for such a long delay for the response from the support. The initial email was sent on January 19th and I have received only one response so far. The support said they could help and needed details from me and I have sent it to them but haven't heard from them ever since. I know you guys are short on people but I have patiently waited for the response. I don't even sed any reply to the email thread either. I am hoping to get some response from the support.
