Im having many bugs. (POE 2) Console

I cant get the completion of the Accent to Power quest in Act II (cruel). Im now level 88 and working on my maps. Im missing 39 fire res. from my equipped items. It should say im at 101 fire res. I have 62% any advice? I feel like ihave to start over. If thats the case id rather not play. Thanks. Also missing chaos res.
