Game crashing repeatedly

Does anyone know of any fix for this? Happened either the last patch or driver update, though I reverted the driver and there was no change.

13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900KF
GeForce RTX 4070

I can provide any additional info, just don't know where to start. The game crashes 9/10x whenever I teleport somewhere. I'm lucky to get 2 mins of playtime before the next crash.
