Never received PoE swag

I opted to get a hoodie and shirt for one of my supporter packs. I filled out the form for my sizing information, address, etc after the transaction. It's been well over 6 months (almost a full year) and customer service has not responded to any of my emails during this time. I sent several emails over the course of months to see if they would even reach out to at least one of them, and nothing. I'm just struggling to understand the point of offering PoE swag when I've received no updates or a tracking number. Just ghosted. Does anyone have suggestions? It's basically money that disappeared at this point. It's very frustrating and I haven't found much help through the normal channels. Even now if you check the latest supporter packs, they tell you if there's any issues, they are happy to help by emailing support@grindinggear.com. Is it possible they can refund me the money from which the clothing costs?
