What is happening with these servers?

Over the last couple of days I have been booted more times than I can count. Last night I was booted and then was unable to log in to any server for quite some time. This morning it's the same thing. I've tried switching from California to Texas to Washington D.C. All the same result. Tried restarting, verifying game files, everything. Nothing fixes it.
