Account locked with no eta on unlock

2 1/2 weeks ago i violated the community guidelines in chat by being rude to another play and my account was immediately locked, which is fine and fair. What doesn't seem fair is the fact I have no idea to tell how long its locked for, and ggg isnt responding to a single email ive sent in the past 2 weeks asking. and the worst part is that its an account that i cant access the email to, so ive been sending from an unlinked email
