Ignite Visual Bug?

I've noticed that since 2/28/25 any mob ignited shows this weird wind blown fire particle effect. I have messed around with my settings time and time again to no avail.


I'm running a RTX 3090FTW version. I've played 250+ hours when igniting things prior to 2/28/25 and never had this issue. I've attached the image as well.






Any help/input is greatly appreciated.
