Network ping spikes

I faced the same issue for a few leagues now. I'm starting to get tired of it. I keep having network ms spikes in literally every single instance. No matter if it's HO, a map, kingsmarch, town instance. Spikes seem to be more present where monsters are spawning. MS consistently at 100-200 mark whilst spiking to 5k or more. Spikes happen only in PoE.
