Pullover and T-shirt still not delivered
Hey GGG-Team,
i bought the Karui Supportpack in advance of the PoE2 EA Release and still didnt got my promised Merch ,nearly 4 Month after the Release of the Game. I wrote the Support in Januar and have not gotten any Information if i will ever get my promised Merch or not. I am really getting angry at this Point, i love PoE1 and PoE2 and have played(and payed) a lot , so i have the Right to know what the F is Happening here. I had a lot of understanding for the Situation after the Release ,and that the Shipping to Germany may take longer, or the Merch was not produced in enough Number to the overwhelming success the Game got, but now nearly 4 Month after Release you really should get your shit together and at least inform your coustomers about whats happening.
