Anyone else getting completey ignored?
Has anyone successfully done A account mtx merge? I have had a ticket in since day 1 of EA and after weeks of communication back and fourth its been over a month with 0 updates to my mtx merge and I have sent several emails and have not gotten a response. The amount of money I've spent with this company only to get ignored is messed up. They give no timeframe on how long its supposed to take, not even acknowledgement that its still even being worked on... just absolute silence...
