Multiple bugs on single map

Hello!

Today i started 36% delirious T15 Burial Bog map with map boss and Ritual
When running, i got only 2 Rituals (screenshot)

Also i have 10/10 map boss points so i spent it on Corruptiom and Irradiated maps, but Irradiation sometimes not applies on maps, like on screenshot earlier

2nd bug with spirit
I have total 160 spirit
blink on both weapon set, archmage on set 1 and 5 sceletal clerics on set 2

before boss i use Sigil of Power(staff on set 2) -> review clerics -> Soul Offering on 2 clerics(set 2) -> Conductivity(set 2) -> Orb of Storms (set 1) -> Flame Wall (set 1) -> Spark spam (set 1)
So after I kill boss i saw that 2 clerics alive on weapon set 1, spirit 0/160, blink and archmage enabled

General bug or network leak
After latest patch network ping start jumping from 20-40 to 100-200 every few seconds and short freeze gameplay
I try switch server and relog but it not solve the problem, dont have this on other games and have stable connection
