passive tree problem and chaos inoculation

the ability chaos inoculation life becomes 1 immune to chaos in the passive tree does not work properly... especially against bosses... during the fight against almost any boss even within 2 seconds if you have chaos inoculation it kills you instantly as if some damage bypasses the shield.
