Waiting for more than 2 month for a response from support due to unallwoed debit from my account!
Hi,
as mentioned in the title i am one of those people who got deducated the cost for the early access package 5 times (one time i bought it myself, but 4 times i didn't allow it at all). I tried several times to get a response from the support staff but no answer at all (after an initiall "please send us your account data"). I'm really getting annoyed by the fact that such important and urgent matters do not get solved at all and i really want to say that i'm starting to get slowly but steadily angry about this and the way the matter gets handeled. I'm not sure if this thread helps at all, i think and fear not that it will help, but i have the urgency to just say that i'm getting angry ... Last bumped on Feb 28, 2025, 5:55:49 PM

Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. thanks for your reply, but please understand that it's feeling really bad that even this urgent matters are taking that long - to be honest - it just takes _to long_. See it like this: What would your company do, when they got scammed for for e.g. 10% of their income? They would try everything to solve that issue asap - but it does not feel like this right now with your customer support at all. I see and understand that there are "more than usual" requests, but that was to be expected when launching a new game and i would especially see a need to prioritize tickets. For e.g. everything account / money related would have to get a high priority while other issues / tickets might not be of that urgency... But the _worst_ part is, that you do not even get a response like "you're 100.000 in the line" or so - you do not even get an automatic reply "we received your message" at all....you're just getting left alone (at least it fills like that :(). |
