Support just ignores me?

I emailed support 5 days ago saying that i bought king of the faridun pack on xbox but decided to play on pc now because my xbox has an issue, so i would like to move my mtx and access to my pc account. I linked it in my pc account and asked them to move my stuff there. They responded after a day or so that i need to buy early access again on pc and didnt even care about the mtx question. Do they even read what we're emailing them? I guess its just wasted money at this point
