Cant whisper people or invite after trade request on Trade site

After merging my poe1 and poe2 on Website, i am still shown as online on trade Site. But when I whisper someone via Website for Trade he is shown as offline. Also if someone requests me for some Trade I cant whisper or invite him and he is shown as offline too.

It seems I cant change my lootfilter too.

I am playing on ps5.

Is this a known bug or did I do something Wrong? Is or maybe because I installed poe2 on Windows and set primarylogin on email and before it was via Sony?

try switching account up top.
Also try to go to your profile privacy settings on PS5, go all the way down and enable all of the in game privacy settings. restart console.

Log in using PSN when you go to PoE2 Trade Website. Don't use the primary email you used.
