account deleted on POE 2

So, i bought the early access of POE 2 with a key from instant gaming, wich resulted of me having to make another account for some reason (my first one was on steam for PO1 and maybe i didn't register with my email, i don't remember) and after merging the 2 account it seems like i've lost the access to the early acces, and my character I assume. I've spent quite a lot of money and time on this and would appreciate and explanation, thanks in advance :)
