No spirit bonus from any Bosses.

Hi, I have a problem with grant a spirit bonuses from three Bosses that must give it. I didn't received any items from them to use, or nothing. I do now the acts again on cruel lvl, and situation is the same. Do anyone have same bug and maybe know how to fix it? Or maybe have knowledge that dewelopers will repair it and add this bonuses to characters who didn't received it?
