Omen of Resurgence not working in Titan's Colossal Capacity's inventory

Hi GGG Dev Team,

Please correct me if I'm wrong but there is a bug I have discovered while playing Titan on Hardcore mode and I always play cautiously. I have entered a T15 Map today and always fought packs portion by portion. However, just a while ago I have my omen of resurgence in my Titan's backpack (granted by ascendancy points), and it did not work as intended as the item described.

How I died was that the mobs hit me till low HP (I have high armor and max resistances, so I did not get 1 shotted) and the omen did not activate in my backpack which led to my death.

I have even tested it out after my death on softcore on a T15 map just standing still and letting the mobs hit me to see if I'm just imagining things and still the item did not activate in the backpack.

I understand that your team is busy since launch with many fixes and complaints, but this experience is very devastating for me as I have made ample precautions when mobbing and still died to even though I have an item with the mechanic which is supposed to activate on low HP but it did not.

Just move the omen of resurgence to my main inventory and it activated.

This was really poorly designed, if it had worked as intended in the titan's backpack i would not have died, avoiding me wasting a month plus of my hardwork and time playing this game, absolutely disappointing
