Questions about refunds

Is there a customer service staff at work? Every time it's a mechanical reply that makes me wait endlessly. I've been waiting for two weeks. I haven't received any useful help except for the mechanical reply. How long do I have to wait for my refund? It's really disappointing for such a game company. I just want to get my refund back. That's all.
