DPS on skills take a while to update after a change

Since last update, when I make changes to my build, it takes a while to change the dps stat on my skill. It only does that in the skill point three.
When I change a point or remove a jewel, the dps does not change for a few minutes. I've try changing instance and the dps still stay de same.
Exemple : I have 194k dps on my main skill. I remove all my 4 jewel and leave the sockets empty. The dps still shows 194K and after a while it drops to 154K.

It makes it impossible to compare the effect of jewels or skill point.

This bug those not affect skill gem change or gear change.
