Trade Filter: Reduced Poison Duration

Reduced Poison Duration On You - exists on items, but has no filter.
Increased Poison Duration On You - does not exist on items, but has a filter...

Positive MIN value Finds nothing.
Positive MAX value Finds all items, ignoring the MAX value.
Negative MIN value Finds MAX: -45 MIN results in items =< 45 (finds 40,45 but not 50)
Negative MAX value Finds MIN: -45 MAX results in items >= 45 (finds 45,50 but not 40)

Setting MIN=-48 and MAX=-42 results in 45, but not 40 and 50.

MAX is MIN and MIN is MAX.... BIZARRE
