Purchased Stash Tabs on PS5 are "Remove Only" on PC

I purchased the game and extra stash tabs on PS5. I then purchased the game on PC. I linked my accounts. Now stash tabs have a "Remove Only" status. Need help unlocking what I have already paid for. Please advise.

Ok. So be that. I realized that I have 300 points available with the package on PC. I just tried to purchase same stash tabs and it keeps sending me to the page to purchase points. I seem unable to spend the points I already have. Please advise.
