Game disconnects from server, losing all loot, waypoint and map failed.

Last night I got a disconnected from server error while mapping. I had juiced the map and waypoint, but lost it all. Not only that, I lost multiple loot items including essense pickups that happened during that run. In the past this has happened, my portals were still around, and I wouldn't lose loot that I had already picked up. Video link below.
