can i get point refund?

i bought Polaric Hideout today but i can't use it :'(

The game will eventually support that hideout.

This is hideout is listed but I think all hideouts from POE 1 are not working. So far from this list I bought the Synthesis footprints and Sulphurous Gargoyle Wings and both worked. Just stay away from hideouts for now.

If you deadset on a refund I would send a email to: support@grindinggear.com but it will a take a bit for them to get back to you. Make sure you provide your account name / character names and explain the reasoning so you hopefully dont got to reply back and wait again.
