cant get past character select screen

starts to load then freezes and pops a window...swap chain-present 0 failed.

If you are using windows 11. right click on desktop. Select display settings. Scroll down to graphics. Where it says let windows decide graphics settings, change it to your GPU. Once you've done this, you should be able to enter the game. Once you're in, go to options, select directX 12. You should be ok.
