Failed Citadel due to server issues

I was briefly disconnected from the game due to some server issues about 2 minutes after entering my first citadel. When I logged back in I could not continue and it said that I failed the citadel. This feels pretty bad since I am level 90 and have only came across one citadel and did not get to experience it.
