Cali Server Going Down during Arbiter instance

GGG, i know this is EA and all, but this is the THIRD time i've lost an Arbiter of Ash instance. Why doesn't it either refund my fragments or keep the instance so i can go back? WHY? did the whole cali server go down just now? screw balancing issues and endgame woes. when you burn player's currency like this over and over and over, what makes us casual players want to play? absolutely pissed off right now...
