Do you really have customer service staff?

The email I sent on January 8 for help came back on January 19 with an email that looked like an auto-reply, and I replied and there was no response until February 19, resulting in me continuing to send an email with the same request and no reply to this day, do you really have a customer service staff? It's really chilling.
