conductivity skill bug

If you use the Burden of Shadows staff to cast the spell Sigil of Power, your conductivity skill will cost life to cast(instead of mana) even after Sigil expires. The recent bug will make this last FOREVER unless you remove the staff.

This comes hand in hand with the other bug, after using the Sigil of Power(no re-cast required), will give a 15% permanent increase spell damage.
