Are you really months behind on servicing email, or was Mazerisks reply lost somehow and your broken email only system simply leaving you with no way to know that and you just mindlessly dropped the default copypasta?

Mazerisk FYI I'm 99% sure your last email wasn't received for some reason and at this point you should resend. 2 months ago they were only a few weeks behind and with POE2s player count down by almost 90% from its peak the backlog shouldn't be exploding now.
