Really interesting build! I'm tempted to try it... which is the minimum required level and budget in order to swap to this? I'd be making a new ranger for it

" Should be able to swap into it in level 80+, should be able to farm red tier maps comfortably with 1000+dex. The jewelries I used are expensive due to dex stacking meta, the other stuffs are cheap, should be able to get started with 10+div, consider using Circle of Guilt with %dex implicit early on. End game cost about 50-60d. |
