I've lost access to my account after merging with Steam

Hello, I have lost access to my Path of Exile 1 account on Xbox after merging with steam. I can see all my characters and stashes are still here on pathofexile.com but when I load the game on the xbox console it prompts me to create a new character, and everything is gone.
I have sent 3 emails to support over this month and have received NO response. I would truly appreciate some help, please. Last bumped on Feb 27, 2025, 4:53:25 PM
